PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

     Terry Johnson has overseen multiple large, complex government agencies in his career as a business regulator and two time State cabinet member. He has also served on numerous government boards and organizations, including 8 years on the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

 

He now uses his extensive prior government experience to help businesses, entrepreneurs, professional licensees and others in resolving administrative disputes and matters with government agencies. This includes zealous and professional representation in various types of administrative proceedings, hearings, appeals and disciplinary matters before governmental bodies.

 

     With his years of practical experience, Mr. Johnson also consults with nonprofits and state and local government agencies, boards, and commissions in fulfilling their legal, regulatory and policymaking responsibilities while operating with greater efficiency.
